I recently had the pleasure of doing an intake with Dr. Nguyen! I’ve personally never done life coaching before, primarily therapy, and Dr. Nguyen with their background in psychology and with their life coaching explained it really well: therapy focuses on present and past whereas coaching targets the present and future. For them, their goal isn’t to approach sessions with a “fixing” mentality, but focused on individual’s strengths, helps the individual identify patterns they would like to change (or patterns one may not be aware of), and focuses on goals and needs moving forward.

As I signed up for the free consultation, I took a quick survey that gave them a bit more information on where I’m coming from and my hopes. They took the time to also talk through part of my intake form during our session too. The 20-25 minute intake was the perfect amount of time. Dr. Nguyen took time to intentionally get to know me, and had a series of in-depth questions available for me to get to know me a little bit better. They assured me that there was no pressure to commit on the spot, and gave me different types of packages depending on my own schedule, pace/flexibility, and was mindful of my financial situation. I felt listened to and heard- it also made me feel reassured especially since Dr. Nguyen shared they related to some of my own experiences. As someone who came from the nonprofit sphere and operates within immigrant households and communities, Dr. Nguyen made me feel like I didn’t have to “over explain,” but also was able to repeat back to me to ensure they understood first what I was saying and where I was coming from.

It was a great experience! As someone who previously worked with them before going to graduate school, and now coming back to try out their services, I couldn’t recommend Dr. Nguyen enough!

I am very satisfied with our coaching journey with Wayne. He is very supportive, always patient to explain everything and help with any issue I have. He is always punctual, organised and productive. I learned a lot from him about how to handle my social media, coaching and finding clients as well as using AI to safe time and effort. I am grateful I had the opportunity to work with him as I found out also about some personal issues that were holding me back in my business. I would defenetely work with him.in the future and recommend him to the coaches who need help with their business.

Working with Mary was so great! I’m in the beginning stages of launching a business and she provided the perfect guidance and insight, both based off of her own personal experience and after hearing my goals. She helped me develop a tangible road map of next steps and goals, and helped me get excited about something that can feel so daunting. I would absolutely work with her again!

Thai Delicious is hands down one of the best Thai restaurants in NYC! The food is absolutely amazing – bursting with authentic flavors and cooked to perfection. The Pad Thai and Green Curry are must-tries, and the Mango Sticky Rice dessert is heavenly.

The service was just as impressive as the food. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations from the menu. The cozy ambiance added to the overall dining experience, making it perfect for both a casual meal or a special night out.

If you’re craving Thai cuisine that’s fresh, flavorful, and made with care, Thai Delicious is the place to go. I can’t wait to come back and explore more of their menu!

The tropical-inspired decor and upbeat music create a lively and inviting atmosphere that transports you straight to South Beach. The staff was warm, friendly, and provided excellent service throughout our visit.
