My coaching journey with Cathy allowed me to grow as a leader through various challenges. The tools and techniques we explored together are practical and easy to use. This coaching process helped me clearly identify my strengths and traits so I could lead with intention. This experience made me a stronger leader and gave me the tools to communicate my vision clearly and build stronger teams within the organization. I would highly recommend Cathy to those seeking to uncover “the real you!”
